There is only one Wing Tsun castle. It is located in Germany, the WT headquarters for the western world. More than 300 international WT-Instructors who now run WT schools all over Europe and other continents first received their training at Langenzell Castle.

The WT castle was the original idea of none other that Dr. Leung Ting, 10th level, the Chief Instructor of the International Wing Tsun Martial Art Association. Serious students of the style perfected by the late Great Grand Master Yip Man (Ving Tsun, Wing Chun and Wing Tsun) are able to study this intelligent martial art for up to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week in a monastic atmosphere. Prof. (BG) Keith R. Kernspecht, 10th level Wing Tsun master, a former university lecturer with 35 years of martial arts experience, took his Si-Fu's idea to heart and made Grand Master Leung Ting's dream of a real WT castle come true.

Langenzell Castle has since 1981 been the European headquarters of WT. The European Chief Instructor and his team of highly-professional instructors teach there for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Training is on a no-nonsense basis and very much to the point. All the traditional programs are taught in a highly serious manner, and the emphasis is entirely on practicability. We hold no prejudices in the castle, and will share our know-how with anybody, irrespective of race, creed and martial arts background, if they are prepared to put in a sincere effort. Both beginners and advanced students are admitted.
